Amelia takes half a step back, and then quickly a step forward. That finger still hangs in the air, the arm slackened, her entire demeanor shifting.
"Get out." Her hand snaps back and she contemplates the door for a moment. "No, no, no. I don't care who you are-- what. Inconsequential at this point, isn't it? So silly to be standing behind. No ground."
She shakes her head and points again. "You got a thing or two to learn about standing behind someone, whatever you are. Yeah, after me, all fine, had it coming, didn't I? But what was he? Your collateral damage? Wrong place wrong time? Gimme a fuckin' break, like you really cared, either of you. And God stuck you together 'cause maybe you wouldn't screw up the damn job now with two half-wits between you."
